This Terms & Conditions document constitutes a legally binding agreement between you as the user and biru88 as the platform operator. Your biru88 account is personal and non-transferable. You may not sell, lend, or transfer your account to any other party for any reason. All activity performed on an account is considered to have been carried out by the registered account holder.

Deposit: Funds you deposit will be credited to your account balance once payment confirmation is received by our system. For QRIS and digital wallet methods, this process is typically completed within minutes automatically.

Withdrawal: Withdrawals can only be processed to a bank account or payment account registered under the same name as the biru88 account. biru88 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances. Processing times depend on the selected method and the condition of the payment system.

• Biru88 reserves the right to request additional identity verification before processing withdrawals above certain amounts.
• Funds originating from suspected fraudulent activity or bonus abuse cannot be withdrawn.
• Balances that have been inactive for more than 180 days may be subject to an administrative fee in accordance with the policy in effect at that time.
• Any withdrawal request found to be in violation of these terms may be held pending the completion of an investigation.

Biru88 periodically offers bonuses, promotions, cashback, free spins, and other special offers to registered users. Each offer carries specific terms and conditions set at the time the offer is announced.

General terms that apply to all bonuses at biru88:

• Wagering requirements (turnover): Every bonus is subject to wagering requirements before it can be withdrawn. These requirements will be clearly displayed on each promotion's page.
• One bonus per account: Each promotion may only be claimed once per account, per household, per IP address, or per device.

• Validity period: Bonuses not used within the specified time limit will expire and cannot be reactivated.

The following actions are classified as game integrity violations and may result in account suspension and balance forfeiture:

In the event of a technical disruption affecting game outcomes, biru88 reserves the right to void the affected session and return any involved balance to the user's account. Bets that have been confirmed and settled normally cannot be cancelled.

You are fully responsible for the security of your account login credentials — including your username, password, and any OTP codes used in the authentication process. biru88 will never ask for your account password through any communication channel, including email, live chat, or phone.

Security measures recommended by biru88:

• Use a strong password — a combination of uppercase letters, lowercase letters, numbers, and special characters.
• Do not use the same password as any other platform or service account.
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) if available on your account.
• Always log out of your account when using a shared or public device.
• Contact the biru88 support team immediately if you suspect your account has been accessed by an unauthorized party.

Biru88 is not responsible for losses arising from unauthorized account access caused by a user's own failure to secure their credentials.

Users may close their biru88 account at any time by contacting our support team. Before the closure is processed, any remaining balance will be offered for withdrawal to the registered payment method, unless there is an active bonus still within its turnover period.

Biru88 reserves the right to suspend or close a user account without prior notice under the following circumstances:

• Violation of one or more terms outlined in this document.
• Activity flagged as fraud, money laundering, or system abuse.
• Failure to meet identity verification requirements within the specified time limit.
• Request from a competent legal authority.
• Discovery that the user did not meet the eligibility criteria from the time of registration.

Accounts suspended due to suspected irregular activity will be investigated. If the investigation concludes that no violation occurred, the account will be reinstated along with the full balance owed to the user.

Biru88 provides the platform on an "as-is" basis and strives to maintain the highest possible service availability. However, biru88 does not guarantee that the platform will always be available without interruption, free from technical errors, or meet user expectations in every situation.

Biru88 is not responsible for:

• Financial losses arising from game outcomes, regardless of any technical factors that may have affected the course of a session.
• Service disruptions caused by scheduled maintenance, force majeure events, or outages in third-party infrastructure.
• Losses arising from a user's own failure to secure their account credentials.
• Transaction delays caused by issues with third-party banking systems or digital wallets beyond biru88's control.

In the event of a discrepancy between what is displayed on screen and the server records, biru88's server records will serve as the authoritative and final reference.

Biru88 reserves the right to modify, update, or revise these Terms & Conditions at any time based on operational needs, regulatory changes, or service improvements. Any material changes will be communicated to users via a platform announcement or a notification to the registered email address.

Continued use of the biru88 platform after the effective date of any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms & Conditions. If you disagree with the changes, you have the right to close your account and withdraw your remaining balance before the new terms take effect.
